This seminar is designed specifically for older adults who want to stay confident on their feet. Whether you're starting to feel a little unsteady or simply want to stay proactive, this 60-minute workshop will give you easy, actionable tools to prevent falls and move safely every day.


What You’ll Learn:

  • How to improve balance and posture with simple exercises

  • Why vision, footwear, and home setup matter more than you think

  • The top 5 balance tests every senior should know

  • Small daily changes that make a big difference in staying upright

You’ll also have the chance to walk through real movements, like the Sit-to-Stand, Single Leg Marches, and Tandem Stance, which are safe and effective ways to build strength and improve stability. Our certified instructors will guide you every step of the way.
